Confidentiality
Everything you discuss with your therapist will be kept confidential. Written notes will be stored securely and name protected for anonymity. There are however certain legal exceptions with regard to confidentiality (e.g. Child Protection or criminal activity) or where there is risk of serious physical harm to yourself or another (if possible this will be discussed with you before taking any action). Matters of confidentiality will be clarified with you prior to the establishment of any agreed contract for working.
