Calm Farm provides a range of dynamic workshops in schools, colleges and youth organisations, to promote health and well-being. These workshops help to raise awareness of sensitive issues affecting children and young people today. They are fun and interactive, encourage communication skills and raise confidence and self-esteem. You can simply choose from the list below, which can be adapted to your requirements, or suggest other subjects, depending on your needs.

1 x workshop = £80 per session
10 x workshops = £70 per session
20 x workshops and more = £60 per session

Workshops for adults
All workshops are also available for adults and professionals wishing to develop more awareness and broaden their knowledge of some of the issues affecting children and young people today, or for those who are keen to develop their self-esteem, confidence and greater sense of well-being. Running times and content can be tailored to meet needs and requirements of the group.
